What this covers

Gray Cloud Architecture is Glenn Gray's professional site for writing, case studies, and infrastructure architecture work. This policy describes how the site and related operator-owned publishing automation handle personal information.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, the site collects the information you submit, such as your name, email address, company, project context, and message. That information is used to respond to your inquiry and maintain relevant correspondence.

Site analytics

This site may use privacy-conscious analytics and hosting logs to understand traffic, diagnose errors, and improve the site. Those logs can include technical metadata such as page path, referrer, browser type, device information, IP-derived region, and request timing.

X/Twitter API usage

Gray Cloud Architecture uses the X API for operator-authorized publishing workflows, such as authenticating the @graycloudarch account and publishing, replying to, or managing posts approved by the account owner.

OAuth tokens are stored on Glenn's own infrastructure. The automation is not a public SaaS product and is not intended to collect X user data for marketing. If the OAuth client requests email-related permission during authorization, it is used only as part of the authentication grant and not for resale, list-building, or third-party marketing.

Data sharing

Gray Cloud Architecture does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the site, receive contact-form submissions, host infrastructure, manage credentials, or publish approved social posts.

Retention

Contact-form messages and correspondence are retained as long as needed to respond, manage professional relationships, satisfy operational records, or comply with legal obligations. OAuth credentials are retained until revoked or no longer needed for the publishing workflow.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided. You can also revoke X/Twitter application access from your X account settings if you authorized the app.
